Our quotations are based on distance, type of aircraft, level of medical care, and our ability to network your flight. Often, Allied will provide you cost options in keeping the best interest of the patient in mind.
Allied provides you access to a worldwide network of licensed and insured air ambulance operators. This allow us to offer you the most medically and geographically suitable air ambulance aircraft for your mission.
When we network your flight, positioning fees are often eliminated. Deep discounts will be available when aircraft are utilized in consecutive air ambulance transports.
You will be given an option of an all inclusive quotation. This means you will receive one total price for your Air Ambulance transfer including:
- Pre-Flight Medical Consultations
- Ground Transportation To and From the Airports
- Medical and Flight Crew Fees
- Aircraft Charges and Landing Fees
- International Fees (if applicable)
- Medical Equipment/Supply Fees
This way you will know the total costs of travel without any surprises after the mission is complete.
Other discounts may be available for networked flights, pre-scheduled flights, non-emergency elective transports, variable-term provider contracts, government entities, and relief organizations.
Allied will provide you clear and concise estimates in writing. You will receive help in obtaining financial assistance and insurance verification whenever possible. We believe in service which continues after the flight.

Insurance may cover air ambulance service depending on the policy in effect and medical necessity for travel. It is important to check the specifics of your policy to determine if there is a maximum benefit. We can assist you in obtaining pre-authorization by contacting your insurance company on your behalf.
We will bill directly to the insurance company for written pre-authorized air ambulance transfers. Co-payment and deductible may be due in advance (if applicable).
A flight cancellation may or may not have charges involved. No actual costs of aircraft repositioning, crew fees, and international flight permits are due unless Allied incurs these actual costs before the cancellation.
